Weekly or twice weekly through a village. Glass, floors, dusting and reset, done early so the home's ready for the first walk-through.
The heavy one. Dust off every surface, stickers and residue off the glass and fittings, floors cleaned back, ready for inspection.
The final clean before your client walks through.
Several homes in one village or estate, one visit covers the lot and the price reflects that.
The office attached to the village, done on the same run so it's one invoice and one contact.
Some builders keep us on for the estate office or the next stage. Same crew, so nothing needs re-explaining.
A display home that isn't ready when the doors open costs a sale, so turning up on time is most of the job. Thirteen years in one region is about the only proof of that worth anything.
You get the same cleaner every visit, so they learn the homes and pick up what's out of place without being told. Fully insured with an ABN, weekly invoicing, and photos on completion if you want the paper trail.
